Ginger Immunity Shot

Equipment

  • 1 Cold Press Juicer
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Clementine or Small Orange
  • 1 Pineapple ring
  • ½ Lemon
  • ½ Green Apple
  • 1 Inch of fresh Ginger
  • 1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the ingredients thoroughly under running water.
  • Peel and cut ingredients into chunks
  • Plug in your juicer and switch it on.
  • Add all the ingredients to the juicer one by one starting by the softer ones.
  • If desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or turmeric powder to the juice for an extra immunity boost.
  • Once all the ingredients are juiced, stir the mixture well to combine the flavors.
  • Pour the immunity shot into a glass and enjoy it immediately for maximum freshness and benefits.

Notes

It can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days in a glass bottle. You can adjust the ingredients according to your taste preferences and the capacity of your juicer. Feel free to experiment with different combinations of fruits and vegetables to create your perfect immunity shot. I like mine with extra ginger!
