Best Thanksgiving Appetizer Ideas
1 | Stuffed Mushrooms with Sage Sausage and Cream Cheese
These stuffed mushrooms with sage sausage and cream cheese are savory, bite-sized delights, packed with rich, herby flavors and creamy goodness—perfect for any Thanksgiving spread!
Ingredients:
20 large mushrooms, stems removed
1/2-pound sage sausage, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Place the caps on a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the sausage and cream cheese mixture.

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon honey

1 wheel of Brie cheese

Instructions:

2 large sweet potatoes

Peel and slice sweet potatoes into rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Place the sweet potato rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
Once out of the oven, top each sweet potato round with a small dollop of goat cheese.
Drizzle honey over the goat cheese and sweet potatoes.

1 stick of butter, softened

1 small jalapeño, minced
Instructions:
Prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions, pouring the batter into a mini muffin tin.
Bake as directed and let cool.
For the jalapeño honey butter, mix the softened butter, honey, and jalapeño until smooth.
